Deep has been training the last few months in powerlifting and we decided to get together to support him by creating a mock competition in preparing him for his first meet. Everyone got together and hit some serious numbers on their Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift. The energy in the atmosphere was contagious and the powerlifting community is one of the most supportive groups I’ve ever seen.
